Breakdown:

612 life | 15 replenish life
1103-1104 damage | 2786 attack rating fully charged
252-253 damage | 2174 attack rating tiger strike
16% critical strike | 8 frames attack speed
5% chance to cast amplify damage on striking

Potential of 4412-4416 damage with a Critical Strike + Amplified target yields over 750 pvp damage

A truly throwback build given that vlld play is quite limited, but still a testament to how some builds can really optimize minimum damage setups.
