Probably conduct a citizens arrest and call the police so I could get a report for my insurance and get his scumbag ass put in jail. I wouldn't shoot the guy over it unless he tried to resist, but he would be staring down a barrel and shitting his pants I hope.

Smartest move, I would citizens arrest his ass...I have zip ties in my vehicles and he would be hog tied until the police get there, and then I would be pursuing a lawsuit for damages

Simply beating someone up will probably get you arrested
