Got married last March and my exercise program went out.

I tried very hard but lost interest in it I was gone all the time and I really wasn't at home now as much as I'd like.

I've kept weight gained to a minimum but is there anyway I just change my diet back to low carb and just work as I do (I do asphalt work paving roads etc) my workplace is a sauna so I sweat and basically treat work like my workout...

Any way to make it work without sacrificing my home life or missing out on overtime?

Please any help would be great thanks for anyone who stops by

I'm confused at your question. You want to not gain weight? Your job alone should be keeping you from that, as you'd be sweating like a hooker in church.

inactive perspiration doesn't affect bf%. not saying your job isn't physically active, laying asphalt is a bitch, but you don't expend more calories just from doing it in the heat. it can be confusing because water weight will fluctuate your overwall weight moreso than it would for the typical desk jockey. obviously.

hopefully somebody who knows more than i do will be able to chime in on this; water retention and how sugar, salt, and potassium effects what your body does with its water intake.

Tbh I believe my weight is more water than actual fat it still fluctuates alot but I'ma lower carbs/calories cut Gatorade out for more water and see how it works I'll find a way
