(Medium) optional, can use very low pref if u dont mind shitty edges but it will remove blur when moving in-game the lower aliasing is

Alot of the settings on high graphics like grass etc actually ruins visibility


Then go in nvidia control panel, put digital vibrance up to 65-75% or whatever you prefer, will make game alot more colorful and beautiful without costing fps as well as easier to spot enemies




Go steam on windows right click icon bottom right > settings > in-game > fps counter > enable and check high countrast

Now look ur fps
