I have 2 torn ligaments, in my shoulders

i was wondering what i can do to heal this? Do i need to see a doctor or?

yeah go to a physiotherapist asap rocky.
shoulder is by far one of the hardest joint orientated areas to heal, takes a lot of effort on your part to make sure it heals well and properly.

If i workout, will that help it heal? Or will it damage it more?
Also, what about protein shakes, will that help?

shakes no
and you can do strengthening exercises but dont worry about those until a PT gives you them
and shows you them.

shakes can be definitely good for you
but it won't "help" directly your shoulder.

How did you know you even tore your ligaments without having seen a doctor first? Just wondering..
