Please show me where I said anything related to the universe or something needing to be observed to exist.
Or are you just spouting random nonsense?
I think you're the one spouting random nonsense. I'm not quite sure what to make of your last claim since I seems to have no intellectual foundation. Your claim is that time doesn't exist, then you pair time with "space" and "number", which implies that you believe "space" doesn't exist--whatever you meant by that. The concept of volume? You're really out on a limb with this last statement. Take some time to properly articulate what you meant.

Time is part of a fundamental intellectual structure (together with space and number) within which humans sequence and compare events.
Hako is correct. Time is neither an event nor a thing, and thus is not itself measurable nor can it be travelled.
And time is constantly being traveled.
