Hey guys, im as savant with technology as my 5 year old nephew.

i have just 2 questions i believe should be simple to answer

1) How do i discover the exact model of my computer? I bought the labtop approximately 2 years ago, and threw out the box some time ago, is there somewhere in my control panel that would indicate this?
2) sometimes the touchpad doesnt allow me to scroll when i use 2 fingers, i usually just turn off my computer and on again, and everything comes back to normal, but is there anything else, abit faster i can do?

Thanks for the help guys!

Lets be honest the 5 year old knows more, lets not insult him.

download speccy, run it and screen shot it or look on the laptop,
generally theres stickers or embossed letters/numbers
IE:
Toshiba Satellite =Pro R50-C-00F

the arrow keys should work and you can try redoing the touch pad drivers from the manufactures website.

You may have an old version of the touch pad drives and they may have fix the bug.
Assuming it is a bug, hard to say since we still don't know the model or anything.

Take out laptop battery, model number will be on the sticker on the laptop. NOT THE BATTERY.

Post it here.
