Agreed. It puts people in bad situations. Still if the state doesn't step up to help the less fortunate then they have little option. I've had friends die purely because they didn't have anywhere to go at night. One froze to death in an underpass and another was kicked in the head by random drunks. This shit shouldn't be happening in the developed world and certainly not in any nation that wishes to consider itself 'civilised'.

that's not how it works

how it works is you call the police, they declare it a civil matter, and then you go through a legal process that takes 3-6 months if you're lucky before you can get a sheriff to evict the parasites while they trash your home just before they leave - of course you still gotta pay all the bills for the place during that time
