Metalkon's Map Requests
I would like for you guys to check your old sc1 map folders to see if anyone can find some of my old maps from 13-17 years ago, I will pay forum gold if you can bring these maps to me.
Map Name: Gear Defense
Reward: 200 to 500Fg (depends on map version)
Description:
This is an early sc1bw defense map in the installation tileset that had 75 levels where players had to protect the "gear" from oncoming monsters, at the time it may have had the most levels for any defense map on battle.net. Behind the gear there was a room with a roaming critter that had a mini psi transmitter protected by crystals with a critter roaming around it, every time a monster made it to the gear one of the crystals were destroyed and if the critter touched the thing then players lost the game (they could purchase more crystals to protect it). Players could purchase new units at the top right of the screen and sell them for half price, if players blocked the stream of monsters then the monsters would attack and kill the defending units.

Description:
The game's difficulty was pretty high and had an interesting minigame every couple obstacles, one of the minigames about half way through had a ghost+Zergling wack-a-mole kind of gameplay to it where you manually shot zerglings that randomly spawned for 1 second on different blocks.
Map Name: DBZ Saga's Bound

Description:
Each stage of this bound had its own dbz boss that you had to battle.
Map Name: AC - Cannon Defense (or named similar to this)

One of the many cannon stacking defense maps, i'll be able to tell if it's the right one when I see the name or play it.
