What character do people usually use Highlord's Wrath amulet on? I have a Barbarian, Amazon, Necromancer, Paladin, and Druid. Who should I use the amulet on? Thanks a ton for any and all answers!

mostly on demon hunter, monk and crusader

Its fine for barbarian and amazon, standard for shapeshifter druid. Wrong section tho
