How is north korea talking shit about what they will do even newsworthy? Isnt that a weekly thing they have been doing for years?

Im not convinced they would give a try: maybe with Syria or others weak and unorganized countries...
But north Korea... Or all that is just a psychological war, a distraction ?

Do ships need to detect radiation now to travel near Fukushima in the pacific ocean ? Is there hot spots they warned to stay clear? And does it vary from day to day or travel outwards?
