u dont buy at walmart lol, go to a computer shop, they fix old pcs/laptops and resale them.

Buy used, even ebay or craigslist. If new, the hp stream is fine for just d2, browsing, and word processing. If you want to buy local and b&m, check if you have a microcenter near you for their refurbs or loss leader laptops.

If it's SSD storage its great. Of you need additional storage get an usb stick or external hdd.
