You have 2 choices.
1. Confront friends, tell them it's not cool, will likely have to ditch friends after that though
2. Be cool with it and invite it

Some people even hook their ex'scup with their friends, its all perspective
Although, it would be cool if somebody asked a person about their perspective before doing it
