Abortion is more like bulimia in comparison....you eat, then purge, because you don't want the consequence or effect of the act you've committed.

This is only complicated because in this situation, one can't eat alone, and someone else is providing the food and feeding it to her. One partner has control, they ration the food, but once they give it they lose that rationing power because it is already digested and they've played their part.
