ok so basicaly my pc was working fine....i download a movie (some rando kid shit for my daughter)...movie gets to 100% complete next thing my pc makes this laughing noise with some sounds and no applications are running in background....next thing pc starts running/starting rando progs/games i have installed on my pc. so with no control of my pc i decide to hit power button and shut off. now pc wont start at all , cant enter bios , tried to format ..goes thru to install then just freezez. same with safe mode etc cant seem to get anything to work just doesnt wanna know ..running windows 7 ...iknow for sure is some kind of virus how the hell do i get it off
