Like the title says,i want to try the signal shot build but i can't find the skill tree for it (the one from the guide doesn't work).

which guide are you looking at?
both the trees in blasting cap's guide work fine for me.

Tree's are listed under Passives

poeurl was down for about a day, This is probably the reason you couldn't see it, should be up again.
