Hey, I have an old account that I tried signing into today but it said that the account was disabled. I'm not sure if you're able to check why it was disabled or not, but if you can would I be able to figure out why? It didn't have any warn on it the last time I was playing D2 and using this site, so I'm not sure as to why it got disabled. Also sorry for posting here if this is the wrong place

Well for starters multiple accounts are not allowed.

I was looking for helpful comments, as I had not logged into this account for a very long time after forgetting the user and pass, plus no where did I mention this account on my other one or even traded with it. No need to talk down to me...

If your account reaches 100% warn, is disabled or banned for any reason, it will not be restored, and you will not be allowed back on the site now or at any time in the future.

The multi accounts rule makes 0 sense if you forgot a username and email to the account you literally have to make a new account which is what i did

If you tried to restore that account and its disabled, meaning you did something wrong.

to your question -

If you lost access to your account you have the ability to recover it if you provide enough information that showing that its your account ( because lets be honest, anyone can say my account is his account ye? ).
If you get denied, you get a reason why you got denied, in your case, account disabled.

You got all the answers you need here.
Multi accounts are not allowed so I suggest you log out instantly from that account.

Contact feature will not help you either.
