Why would you want block against a java? Jmod sux. When you need block you need dr. Storm >>> jmod.
Whenever you don't need dr you don't need block

And for the sockets it depends, i d say 60ias/120lr but it depends on your build.

This

A mix with 15/30lr and rbfs would be optimal though. As long as you have enough res to counter the -res from your opponents you're fine (and ias of course but if using 6/40 that shouldn't be an issue).

Sop works best 4 Me here. High fcr = combat controll, fhr can turn this fight and 5max lr + 2 skills.
