hi heres my workout for biceps

1x warmup set dumbell curls

3x barbell curls working weight

3x concentration curls heavy weight

3x hammer curls working weight

1x dumbell curl max weight



is there anything i should replace improve or maybe add something else

Id recommend replacing bicep curls.

i do twice a week


but i was wondering if what i mentioned above is good or i should switch some

Try out some bloodflow restriction training on that final set to really take those biceps to the next level.
