do i need to include both in my workout or just 1
right now my shoulder workout is
dumbell shoulder press 4 sets( 1 warmup 2x working weight 1x max until failure)
lateral raises 3 sets ( 3x working weight)
front raises 3 sets ( 3x working weight)
upright row 3 sets ( 3x working weight)
dumbell shrugs ( 2x working weight 1x max weight until failure)
is this a good shoulder workout i do my biceps right after
