Hi

i was wondering what i should pair up with triceps and biceps cuz right now i do triceps biceps solo and it takes 1 day of training off wich forces me to go 6 times to the gym rather then 4 times wich i would prefer

i like to train each body part twice a week so i fit leg workouts with chest workouts but was wondering if its smart to add biceps triceps with shoulders


or if its better to do triceps biceps with chest and do legs with shoulders or do chest/shoulders together idk


i just want the most optimal pairing so i get the most out of the session instead having burned arms and cant really go hard

4 times a week just do upper lower rest upper lower rest rest

i dont need a complete day for legs

all i do is leg press extention and calf raises


i can do these before chest or shoulders what i want is to do triceps biceps with either shoulder or chest but wich 1 is more optimal so that it will leave me enough juice to complete all the exercises i need to do


+ doing chest shoulders and biceps/triceps on same day is just way to much my arms will be jello after i finish chest shoulders

you need to squat on leg day... squats are the best leg exercise ever
