all i do is leg press extention and calf raises
i can do these before chest or shoulders what i want is to do triceps biceps with either shoulder or chest but wich 1 is more optimal so that it will leave me enough juice to complete all the exercises i need to do
+ doing chest shoulders and biceps/triceps on same day is just way to much my arms will be jello after i finish chest shoulders
