What difficult and areas are best to find lvl 30 pvp items?

Depends what items you are after mate.
In general I guess cowruns/diaruns/travi/pits etc.
I would probably make a gf barb and gamble circs/amus/rings.
And in travi I found my best lld items in the past but probably did alot more runs since they are considerably faster than diaruns/cowruns^^
not a pvm expert tho, pm frank

I would go for the usual high density areas in NM if you were looking for level30 items.

Although if you wanted to be most efficient, you are better off not mfing your own lld items at all. Raising fg some other way and buying your gear is faster.

if you only interest is lvl 30 items and no 18,24, etc. i'd suggest:

trav, meph, chaos, cows, pindle, shenk/eld, baal
