they did in a sence they made it hidden now

lol im not going to upgrade this laptop, it's a good laptop but it has a lot of problems on a lot of levels, FPS drops, heating problems even if I properly re thermal paste my chips.. just horrible

Edit#2: Do you think I'll be fine with just PoE on my current SSD ? halfway done allocating space and its already at 21/24.9 gigs

ssd is the best upgrade you could do bro, it doesnt matter about thermals with a drive. that is all with the graphics card and the chipset. ssd you can move from comp to comp, just youd need to reformate everytime youd move it or you would get problems

the ssd moves start and shutdown times on top of other start up program times to a bare minimum. good example is start up time of path of exil on a disk drive is like 1-4 minutes with a slow drive, ssd is 2-10 seconds.
windows start up moves from 1-3 minutes full start up to about 10-20 seconds

well yeah i understand what u mean but this is the only laptop ive owned and will never get another one .. too compact for higher end gaming, heat is a problem. I'm saving up to resseruct my ATX case which has sli msi gtx 560ti twin frozr ii video cards, 4TB HDD, 64 gigs of ddr 1600mhz memory, but my 8350 processor is dead ( Need to buy another ) a laptop SSD will not work on a desktop

Everything put to side last night I used 9 fusings to hit my 6l 738 es regalia and 3 chromo to perfectly color code it lol if this install works and fixes my d3d problem and load faster n shit , im a fukn happy camper for time being

with adaptors yes a laptop ssd will work with a desktop cause that is all i run, and your specs are so old and shitty that it isnt viable to invest any money into that computer except for the hard drive because you can move hard drives. the 4tb hard is only worth turning into a external drive which you can find on ebay or newegg for the shell for around 20 bucks.
also you are very lucky to have made a 6 link and off colored your armor in so little chromes im glade everything worked out, but for QOL you need to seriously upgrade

i wouldnt say the specs r shitty .. when computer was last alive when crysis 2 came out i was running that game ultra settings @ like 75fps while temperatures were around 30*-35*

But outdated indefinitely
