Besides a Lem to make 'Treachery', what else are you looking for before moving onto Hell?

At least 1 pair of Bartucs, some life charms, another Insight base (except + eth), a good leech helm, thoses kind of things.
I'm still pretty low equipped for Hell atm ^^

I love these Titan runs. You guys are crazy. Finishing hell with act5 normal levels of HP, I'd die in one second.
