trying to reset an old d2 password

having a heck of a time trying to do it

i get the email through and i cant seem to go from there

do you just reply to the email and just copy the original message?

When responding to that email ensure that the unmodified body of that email is included.

edit:
By clicking replay it should automatically attach the previous message
then just replay with something like YES I did request the password change

thats what i was doing so it might be because of that issue
