Thoughts on Herbalife? I never bought into or cared because I preferred the gym and real food haha. Just wondering because a lot of friends blindly sign up like every other weightless scheme. And professionals have opinions on it ?

Any experiences with it or how it works?

Seems to just be a huge caloric deficit kinda thing?

Vouch for them 100% amazing products.

Can I sign you up? If you're not looking for weightloss that's ok too you can sell Herbalife and make millions with it's ingenious reverse funnel system!

Eating healthy is more important than one of those 3-shakes a day and constant diarhea.

Keep doing what you're doing and if you want to lose weight, eat a little less and stay busy a little more :)

I didn't wanna lose weight
Just have a lot of friends ask me about it since they know I work out a lot and eat healthy haha

So really is their scheme just shakes and caloric deficit crap?
What is their selling points?

Yeah, it's a business trying to reel in lazy overweight people who don't want to workout.
