former DHS Secretary during Obama Administration: confirms no evidence of Trump collusion with with Russia, confirms that the DNC (private entity) which was hacked refused to turn over their servers to the FBI or DHS, only a privately-contracted company Crowdstrike was allowed to access it. So somehow they're 100% sure of something happening to something they never had possession of.

as for the Russian meddling and not addressing it during the election:
