To be fair, you never give journalists, or any other group you aren't fond of, the benefit of the doubt. I'm still skeptical, I'd give it a 50/50 chance. The kneejerk reaction from Trump and company is to lie, what would you expect him to say? If he's not talking to investigators it's not illegal to lie.
If he was ever in prague, I'd expect him to make a plausible denial that gave him wiggle room. I'd expect him to say something like "I never colluded with any russians in prague" and to dismiss any travel to prague as an insignificant vacation and post a picture of some czech diners and landmarks in order to reinforce this point. I wouldn't expect Cohen to directly lie and say "I've never been to Prague" if that wasn't true, because he'd know he risks that coming out and unraveling his story. Now he's faced with a story claiming
Mueller has proof he was in Prague, and he doubles down and directly denies it again. If there was even a chance Mueller did have proof he was in Prague, why would he do that and get blown out as soon as that proof comes out? If Mueller actually had proof, he'd be in damage control mode and 'clarifying his statements' or 'putting them in new context'.
