Both are, essentially, glorifying violence. One is making light of slaughtering a subset of people, the other is making light of said people slaughtering others. Don't mistake--the use of "Allah Akbar" is fairly specifically a suicide bombing related joke.

My guess is that one is more uncomfortable because it's directly in your face, while the other can be waved off without thinking about what it means.
