Could you introduce a sub forum for legacy items being traded in the Diablo III Trading sections so they don't get bumped to the top of the trading section so often, making it more tedious to find the actual useful services everyone but these sellers are looking for. There's a few in the Americas right now that people have been trying to sell for some pretty absurd prices for months now, when they are literally pointless.

Perhaps a more friendly solution rather than sending their topics to oblivion where no one will go looking, introduce a filter that hides legacy items, if a topic is flagged as legacy or contains the word legacy in the title.
