Seems like everyone has the same pairs, is it most likely duped?

actually there has been single pair at one point and all others are a copy of it
so the question is rather is it a perm dupe or not? as there is no way to prove the first, it comes up to trusting the seller

Yeah. Item can be both duped & permanent if it was duped prior of item id release (very long time ago)

There is permanent pairs of the boots, find trusted seller
