Hi guys

I'm thinking about upgrading my computer purchased in 2011 but I dont know if I would be better off buying a new one or upgrade current one?

Here are the specs:
Intel Core i5 2500K Quad Core Unlocked Processor LGA1155 3.3GHZ Sandy Bridge 6MB
ASRock Z68 EXTREME3 GEN3 ATX LGA1155 DDR3 2PCI-E16 2PCI-E SATA3 USB3.0 SLI CrossFireX
Corsair Graphite Series 600T Special Edition White Mid-Tower Case
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB SATA3 6GB/S 7200RPM 64MB
MSI GeForce GTX 560 Ti Hawk OC 950MHZ 1GB
G.SKILL Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600
Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus Direct Touch 4 Heatpipe Heatsink
Crucial M4 SSD Micron C400 64GB 2.5IN Solid State Disk Flash Drive SATA3 6Gbps
Antec High Current Gamer 750W 24PIN ATX12V V2.3 Active PFC 80 Plus Bronze SLI Power Supply

I'm hoping I could just upgrade my GPU and SSD to 250gb. Are there any good GPUs that are compatible with my motherboard? My objective is to just salvage as many parts as i can while upgrading to something that is more current. Also, this computer will be mainly used for POE.

Thanks in advance!

OC the 2500k to 4.0GHz should be possible with a H212.
Buy either an RX480 or GTX 1060 for about 250$ and yes an MX300 or 850evo 250GB for about 100$.

edit: if you only play PoE, just an SSD would be fine.

Is overclocking easy to do? and it is safe for the computer? Don't wand anything overheating or anything. I'm also not that knowledgeable with computers so is this something i could do myself?

Thanks for your input!
