I've been in and out of this section several times over the years (mostly out when moderating, often in when not). I'm an inconsistent regular, to coin a term that makes no sense at all.
My main interest (in my own training) has been about function and performance since I joined this site. Long before that, I was into bodybuilding for a few years. There were times when I debated going all-out on Oly or powerlifting, but I never really got beyond using them for sports performance. These days I come in to offer help and encouragement, but also to see if there is some good broscience to review and test. I work as a trainer and I love learning about fitness, as long as it's not trendy crap.
