I wish they would scrap CoD, call it quits, and put the efforts into something new and revolutionary like CoD was in MW1.


If they are going to make a new CoD or something, I'd like an alternate history... but an alternate history during WW2.

Examples:
Germany beats the US to the first atomic bomb
Germany never invades the USSR and focuses fully on a British invasion
The US never nukes Japan and does a full sea/air mainland invasion

Then take it from there... I don't know, give us something fresh.

Doesn't go for everyone, but personally, I think a WW2 game sounds pretty damn refreshing at this point. I played BF1 one for a bit, but really everything else has been either futuristic or modern at the least lately in every franchise. Haven't played a WW2 game in awhile. Looking forward to it.

I mean it would be refreshing, yes, but not for a long time. I predict it to feel like a more polished version of WaW, but with some of the better/worse add ons of later CoDs.

BF1 has been great so far, and in all honesty, if I had my choice for another WW2 game, it would be on the scale of a battlefield game.

Yeah BF1 is fantastic. All my friends stopped playing already, so I get bored playing alone. Just been playing MWR really. I'm looking forward to the new CoD. Hard to believe it couldn't be better than the jetpack cods. I've been wrong before, though. Lol.

Yeeeep. They could definitely mess it up, but since it is boots on the ground, I'm excited. No way I'll like it less than IW/BO3/AW.
