ok so twice i have been double registered and lost all my characters and items
i have been told by a few people blizzard has patched the password recovery loop hole that scammers would use to claim other peoples accounts
is this true?
so for an example if i made the account "GOD" ( which is almost certainly dub reg'd) would people still be able to recover a password for it?

no one has proof that it doesn't still work. It's best to assume not unless proven otherwise.

People will try say it's fixed but they are probably the people trying to scam the accounts

thanks i did test it myself too with an account i sold a while ago (just to see if it worked ofc) and no it did not work
i just needed some more intel on it so thanks looks like no more dub reg

So you're saying you dubbed an account then sold it?

Is the password reset working again or not? I came back for like a week then was on holiday for 3 weeks and forgot password now it's been 2 weeks since I tried to reset password which wouldn't work

Don't make accounts with such common names. I've seen a lot of people getting their accounts jacked lately.

One does not simply "dub" an account sir.
