Tactic1: Chain w
so you max Electrical Surge w first, when rush cdr items (boots/kindle gem/codex)
now your Electrical Surge w cooldown is shorter then your mark duration
so whenever someone gets a mark, you chain your w, into a stun, that allow to apply 1ste mark after stun without a problem

Tactic2: Energy overflow
it cost (40energy to cast w - (33.3%*25energy passive refund))/ 3.3sec at max rank max cdr *5 = 48energy per 5 lost for w spams
since you also need to apply 1 mark with a q or e, it cost you at least 40energy per 6.6sec extra, reduced bye passive, thats 24energy per 5
so vs single target you not loose alot energy, when chain w, and hit q or e, and you even have some energy left, to spam q/e more then needed

your e spams, to travel across the map, already require 80energy/(3.3sec+2)*5 = 75.5energy per 5
when do so, you gain avg 37.7%increased movement speed, reduced bye dementioning returns
ontop of that, you gain 50armour and 50resist for 75.5%of the time, when travel
if double spam e (in 0.7sec), you gain 50armour/res for 100%of the time
thats why you max e second

so a missed e rank5, to hit q rank1, to w after, already cost you 180energy within 1-2seconds
so you already need the 17extra regen energy for a opening

then you say, use minion to gain energy (or multiple champs), to chain champions?
you can do that aswell, for increased q-spams energy release


i not even needs to try no energy regen Kennen, to know thease runes rock on Kennen
its not Lee! so i keep it at this when it comes to energy regen

Tactic3: Gogonaut multiply
after cdr boots/kindle gem/codex
you go into deadmans
after that, i go warmog, but you could delay that 8min if you want to
it may require a ruby (lategame Liandry) to hit 3k life lvl14 after that
thease tank items, give you the sustain to use your energy, and to do damage and stun and peel for team in any role
the mobility is required for that, a deadman rush allow no ms-quins

Tactic4: Damage
Sorc shoes, and a double kindle gem? not realy, it delay your 45cdr over15min when rush deadmans, when your AP-scallings are not that bad to get the lategame damage required
most damage comes from: overflowing energy for 45cdr q-w-e-ever-spam, your sustain for multitarget chains in face, ult, 12-18-0mastery, base damage
and for the lategame damage, i tent to get a Liandry/Luden echo/Abyssal Scepter

a Abyssal scepter seems the item for Kennen, since most cdr items have mana in it, and its the perfect tankupgrade for rushed codex, and your e and deadmans not makes you need more armour(nn zhonya)
the itemspace you have after codex/boots/warmog/deamans, allow you to build a Haunting Guise before you even do a Abyssal
so thats: relic shield+refillble pot>cdr boots>kindle gem>codex>deadmans>warmog>Haunting Guise>Aether Wisp>Abyssal (sooner if enemy have fed magic)>Liandry/luden
summoners:teleport/heal/exhaust

Tactic5: The botlane is where you wana be bro

relic shield on adc, makes support battlestations
relic shield on support Kennen, the only non energy golditem, you can proc it when pro, and you nn to upgrade it
tank adc role, is OP, in the current jgl/top-cannon-meta
magic adc role is OP, with the zed/yasuo/ and other AD mid-troll-meta
waveclear like boss, OP on adc or sup
stun works better when allies arround



if Teemo represents 100%
Kennen comes cloose to 96%
when the rest follows bellow 90%
