You don't need to curl a lot of weight to have big arms, unless you just want to curl a lot of weight

tbh thats not my goal

i just wanna get a decent size arm

i'm wondering how long would it take me to get a nice looking arm biceps etc

i train each muscle group twice a week

and i do around 5 sets of each exercise 1 set being warmup 50% of working weight i do 15 reps of that

somehow i train biceps and triceps 3 times a week i feel like they recover way faster then other muscles i find legs and shoulders to recover slower

but yeah id love to be able to lift 40-45 on dumbell curls and press 85-90 dumbells cleanly for 3 sets

shoulders 60-65 pounds would be the target goal

lateral and front raises 30 pounds would be my target currently at 22.5 for lateral and 25 for front

Don't have a target weight in mind for GROWING/developing your muscles. Lighter weight and higher reps will give you mass, obviously as time goes on you can progress in weight as well.
