A lot of those half reps he's doing are within a fairly safe range. Full range reps at high weight like that for certain exercises I would imagine would put undue stress on ligaments, tendons, joints... wouldn't make it to 50 without severe arthritis and body breaking down.
Looking at the bent-over rows with that weight and bounce, is worrying.
Obv his tendons are going to be a whole lot stronger than an average juicer his size, but since one of the most common places for bicep injury in bodybuilding are heavy upper back exercises, he can't just keep going like that and not get injured unless he is a lottery winner.
