Just wanna share my car with other car enthusiasts.

Bought it stock 2,5 years ago now.

Its a 06 Astra H 2.0 Turbo built to ~490 bhp and FWD.

Exterieur:

Vxr Front
Vxr site skirts
Rieger rear bumper
VXR-Line Spoiler
Front splitter
windshields
No rear window washer
Jom Shocks and springs in front
Jom shocks and eibach 60mm lowerring springs from a Corsa in the back
8,5x19 Icw-Ibe alloys with 225/35/19 Falken 453
Rear and front cleaned and blacked out
Dectane "Angel eyes" lights with "eyebrows"
Dectane CarDNA Black led bar rearlights
Dark sitebulbs
exhaust tip is just the 3" pipe

Interieur:

Half leather seats
all orange (stock) leds in the whole car (dash and so on) swapped for blue/ white ones
led touch dvd/ dvbt infotainment system
no backseats
bass box in sparewheel
even plate in the back
2x extinguisher

forged hat
Wössner forged rods and pistons
Reinforced bottom end
siemens 630cc injectors
bosh 044 fuelpump and upgraded fuellines
short air intake with custom 90mm air mass meter
klasen inlet manifold
wagner intercooler (dunno exact size but enough for 600hp)

200 cells sports catalytic converter
3" Turboback custom exhaust with simons muffler
upgraded organic clutch

probably forgot some mods... to much to tell.


System running ~490bhp and 6XX nm torque. need bigger injectors next to hit the 500.

iguess 490 out of an ecotech is pretty crazy to drive, nice stuff.
we dont see much of those in the forums, where are you from?

opel astra, not sure we had a version of that over here, maybe but im not aware of it.

edit: and no i dont got boost, i got nitrous.

Never experienced nitrous tho... I know It's pushing great power, but i guess Turbo Setup is easier (my thought atleast).

Also never saw 4 cylinders Run nitrous. Could run a bigger Turbo, but i like to do races from Standing still and a bigger Turbo in fwd (let's say 650+hp) would slow 1/4 mile down because of traction loss and laggy responsibilty.

The Name of it depends on your country. GM produced the Opel Astra in many factorys. In the uk it's the Vauxhall Astra, Australia it's the Holden Astra, Mexico ( but dunno exactly) it's Chevrolet Vectra gt, us it's Saturn Astra. All the same Car tho engineered by Opel, sold by General Motors.

Chevrolet cruise used to have Opel engines too.

Since GM sold and PSA bought Opel now i guess we can sell international in the future and make Opel Great again

Pretty sure it's equivalent to a Cobalt SS

cobalt and HHR had pretty much the same motor

Kinda looks like a longer Focus, to me.

yes, im talking about the car not the engine, gm is the mastermind of rebadging cars. i think we did have the saturn over here but not with the boosted engine it was the ion that had the turbo engine allong with the sky.
