Personally I love RedLetterMedia, cool guys with good humor that share my taste in movies. I especially adore the cynical tone and highly recommend the "Best of the Worst" series and the legendary Mr. Plinkett Star Wars Reviews.

Then, of course, honest trailers. Some videos seem to be washed out to appeal to the mainstream audience, but the humorous take on movie trailers is pretty entertaining.

For my weekly fill, considering movie news, I watch Kino +, a movie show aired on the German online tv channel Rocketbeans TV.

For a more analytical approach to this medium I sometimes check out Channel Criswell, Every Frame A Painting and Lessons from the Screenplay.

Do you also watch some of those listed channels?
Which channels do you visit and watch? Got some recommendations?

I'm a big fan of Every Frame A Painting, wish he'd upload more often...
Nerdwriter1 is also pretty good, but he doesn't go as in depth and he tackles other subjects as well (music, politcal speeches, etc).

Lessons from the screenplay is really good but he only has like 10 videos.
E: new rockstars does movie/tv show/trailer breakdowns and tries to point out easter eggs and other important things you might miss.

Nerdwriter is pretty cool but as you mentioned doesn't offer as much depth as I would like. His clips are pretty entertaining though and well made.
