Sorry for dp, but also, I would attempt to contact the seller for further information, particularly where s/he acquired the print. It may not even be folk - just an amateur reproduction. Take note of...
The right hand of "venus", which is either magnetic or magical.
The head of "venus", which shows signs of being painted twice-removed (painting of a painting)
The head and raised arm of the woman leading the centaur, also looks twice-removed
The base of the pillar, which lacks detail amidst similar textures
... I could go on.
Of particular interest is the bottom left of the hanging tapestry and the back of the centaur. The foreground was clearly painted first, indicating a lack of knowledge/experience. This was either a folk artist's first or very early painting, or is a reproduction done by a student/apprentice/random. If the latter, it could be a reproduction possibly of a neoclassical artist, though my search was unfruitful in that vein.
