What ever is cheapest the regular SSD SATA formfactor or M.2 SATA SSD will just use a SATA port nothing special there.
Yes RX480 and GTX1060 is sufficent for 1080p AAA titles. You should be able to reach 60fps ultra settings in pretty much every current available optimized title.
