I don't know taxes etc in Asia but I guess it aren't to bad.
Something similar to this
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/BFz8Cy

Cpu: i5 7500
Motherboard: B250 asus, gigabyte or msi
Ram: 2x 8gb g.skill, kingston or corsair
Ssd: samsung 850 evo or corsair Mx300
Hdd: seagate or WD
Gpu: gtx 1060 6gb or rx 480 8gb, asus strix, msi twin frozr or evga ftw/scc/acx.
Case: what ever mid size tower you like. Brands I recommend nzxt, Fractal design, corsair, Phanteks, coolermaster
Psu: evga g2, g3 or GS. Corsair rmx. 550-650w

Forgot to tell 2400mhz is the maximum supported speed with B250 chipset.
But if you find something 2666mhz RAM cheaper just go for them they will just be clocked down.
And if you feel like a cpu cooler just got for a evo 212, cryorig h7 or c7 and a variety of noctua.

Thx for the feedback. The link posted says:
'The motherboard M.2 slot #0 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6Gb/s port is disabled.'
Also, the videocard will be sufficient for a bit higher demanding games in the near future or upgrade possible?
