This is gonna be a cheap and cheerful PC mainly to play GTA V on medium settings, hopefully Fallout 4 on low settings too

The build you made me make you earlier in same price class is better. And what is up with that bundle? You get multiple informations 2 different cpu and motherboard. For skylake and kaby lake. And 3400mhz makes no sense with that chipset anyways because they only support upto 2400mhz RAM.
