My account is 5 days old and when I entered Arena for my second time I fought against a Druid with golden portrait, which means he won at least 500 ranked games as Druid.

Why the fuck this system just bring someone with such experience to fight a 5 days old account?

Cause it's arena.. arena is matching with victory and loss in the arena .. if you start a new one.. 0 v 0 loss you will be against someone with 0v 0 loss

It's fucking arena.
You aren't guaranteed an even skill level matched game.
You are guaranteed to be matched with someone who has around the same record as your current arena run.
If they did skill matched some players like Kripp would never get into a game and it wouldn't be fair at all.

and who cares if they won 500 ranked games and it is your 2nd arena run.
It's not ranked. In ranked you will be matched vs those people too if they didn't climb past wherever you are.

If you feel you aren't experienced enough to go into arena then don't.

I'm talking about Match System Balance, not about your clueless thought.

Although this is normally correct. The 1st 1-3 arena runs on a fresh account are restricted to newer opponents. Look it up.

Arena matchmaking is based off of deck strength, not player skill, since even good players can get bad drafts and bad players can get great drafts.

It's would be possible for blizz to use your mmr for matchmaking in the first couple arena games. But that would be easily exploitable. Someone could just lose a bunch of casual/ranked games on purpose to rank their mmr.
