I am loooking for a combination of Growlithe and Jigglypuff together



i am looking for something similar to this. so the left side would be growlithe with the right color and effects and right side would be jigglypuff with same concept. i want it to have some kind of merging effects.
depend on the effort u put into the work and how much i like the work. i can pay very nicely or to ur asking price.
