Tap gets outsmited by dmg build so dracs could only be the best smite gloves if you're doing something other than trying to outsmite a life/dmg smiter, like an FCR build or a dick sucker. It's either crafted gloves or spirit grips on a non shitty low FCR vC/vT.
It's a question of whats more effective, tele/charge/fcr, or charge/desync/tank. Not untill you're one of these or something else that you know the best gear.
