Of all the things you can argue about, you picked the stupidest one....

Why is it stupid? This man and his accomplices set actions in motion that got his accomplices and a hostage killed.... But who were the people that killed them? The police... so why is he being charged with murder?

Why was this moved to the political and religious section? Its neither political nor religious...

You're right he shouldn't be facing murder charges, He should be taking a dirt nap right now with the rest of the assholes that perpetrated this crime.

As soon as he took that hostage he took on the responsibility of what comes as a result of the criminal act. If we want to talk semantics, no he didn't commit murder but his crime lead to a death. Should at least be manslaughter.

Regardless of your personal opinion, he didnt kill anyone. The police did. I ask again, with the definition of murder in mind, whom did he kill?



This i can agree with, but lets not forget that the officers involved in killing the hostage have faced no penalty what so ever. How is this justice?

The source given by the OP lacks evidence and seems to imply that the bank robbers, are more efficient at disabling cars without killing ppl, than the police.

Trigger crazy officers were send on additional training, both driver and shooter pleaded guilty, case closed.
