All it negatively impacted were her trust numbers, which were already expressed in scientific notation to get any significant digits above zero. Comey as a scapegoat was probably one of the least influential developments in the race.

That Sanders statement is widely viewed as a political blunder, as most people, especially those on the fence, cared enormously about her emails and the fact she was under federal investigation. It's impossible to know it's effect with certainty, but I think it's worth considering her Vegas odds plummeted just after the announcement iirc.

u know what i think was really damaging to the clinton campaign? those videos linking the Clintons to like 113 murders and disappearances and stuff. those videos definitely influences hundreds of thousands of young voters who frequent the internets and videos
