I have a 2tb HD from a previous build imma use forgot to mention that. I am grabbing that SSD though.

Yeah thats what i was scared of lol. Will probably grab 1070 though if I can make it work with budget.

GTX 1070 is diff not a 800$ budget card.
The games you mentioned is really bad optimised so saving more on the CPU is not recommended

This is 100% true.
Cannot have a poor cpu if you're playing unoptimized games.

I personally go balls out when choosing a cpu and put graphics on the back burner if needed.

So getting an i5-7500 and a 1070 is a bad combo in your opinion?

The computer is for my little brother.. He managed to scrap up a little more cash and i threw him $100 for his birthday.

Yeah the games are unoptimized as hell... Putting them together is easy, but I don't know enough on specs to give it the best bang for the buck lol.
